Shipping & and Return Policies

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 1 business day! Additional processing and shipping time may occur during peak Holiday shopping Thanksgiving through Christmas, or if there is an issue with the address- in which case we will contact you immediately for correction. BLAK Beard business hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm CST and closed on federal holidays. 

We currently do not offer shipping outside the continental US and Hawaii. If you would like us to ship to you, please contact us prior to ordering.

BLAK Beard will assist to the best of our abilities to track and locate packages, but most matters can be resolved quickly with your local post office. If a package is 4 or more business days late and your local USPS has failed to give a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will work with you to file a missing package report with USPS.

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. 

We will not be accepting returns of any skin care products until further notice.
